God, applying for work is will-sapping...
Look at this shit.
The job sounds good, and the pay is nice, together with it being a "hybrid" job (i.e. part working at home, part working on-site).
But then they devote an entire section to this....
We all know that what they really are trying to say with all these multiple choice "identity" things. They just don't want Europeans.
On the posting they have a paragraph about how they want to make a "Queer work environment" where "everyone is empowered".
They have another paragraph about how the group "Stands With Ukraine" and wants refugees to apply.
Fucking Christ, my soul is being crushed by this...
