The United States judicial system is corrupt, therefore all prisoners must be released on this technicality. It's unfortunate that some very evil people are going to get out because of this but we cannot lay down while Insanity takes hold. Free all incarcerated people's now, all trials tried under a fascist regime are mistrials.
And I'm not saying Trump made it fascist. America has been fascist since before ww2, you see the thing about fascists is the only thing they hate more than not being in control is competition. Sure acts of god make them stamp their feet in rage, but another dictator throws them into an absolute frenzy, acts of God they accept, but acts of man they cannot, for in their minds they are the king of all men, and so any man who is not subservient to the fascists ideals HAS to go.
