Video obtained from Palestinian medics shows that:
1.) The Red Crescent vans were clearly marked, and all of them had their lights on
2.) Paramedics on the ground all were wearing reflective clothing (denoting that they were civilian medics)
3.) There were no armed Hamas fighters present
Literally every single thing the IDF said about this incident is a lie. The video shows that.
You can clearly hear the cries of the victims at the end.
There was only 1 confirmed survivor.
The IDF drove up to the site, gathered 15 bodies together and then dug a shallow pit and dumped them in it before covering it with a few cm of sand and driving off.

The military situation in Libya makes the war in Syria look like child's play.

Tariffs, by their very nature, are not meant to be applied universally. They are meant to be targetted.
It would have made sense if tariffs were applied to China, and then these were offset by closer trade with Europe.

Double-irony is that now Asian markets are being forced to get closer to China in response, to protect their own economies. The United States spent literally half a century trying to get these markets to link with the American one. And now all that is in the trash.

It will never work, in any field.
Those who want to assimilate are the equivalent of a slave wanting preferential treatment from their masters by turning in "rebellious" (i.e. they are not under the strict control of the master) compatriots. They are Steven, from "Django Unchained". They are cowardly, hypocritical, opportunistic, weak-willed, sadistic, narcissistic, misguided and simple.
Their slavish behavior does not even lead to their master actually treating them better. It just leads to their master being content that they have divided yet another group ("divide and conquer") and prevented people from uniting against them. The assimilationist therefore aids in keeping people in bondage, not freeing them. They end up justifying their own abuse. It's Stockholm Syndrome.
The solution is and arguably has always been integrationism, not assimilationism.
The reason assimilationists hate integration is that it presupposes that they have to treat the "out-group" as equals to the host/majoritiy.
Of course, there's an irony there, because everyone in the West (left and right, top and bottom, "conservative" and "liberal") loves saying "all men are created equal". That's kinda been the whole point of "Western civilization" for hundreds of years (even if it hasn't been properly applied).
So assimilationists are not only Stephen from "Django Unchained", but they are the Pigs from "Animal Farm"; "some animals are more equal than others".
The entire premise of "assimilationism" is rooted in lies and hypocrisy and an ignorance of their own civilizations' founding principles. This is why it fails, and why, the more people try to push it, the worse the situation gets.
