I plugged in my phone to charge, and checked it 2 hours later. Gained 5% total over that time, still said it was charging. Unplug it and plug it back in, charges another 10% in around 15 minutes.
Is this just a Samsung thing?

@matrix Yeah, that's what I'm wondering. I don't doubt that the official numbers from China are false, or that the Chinese government has been lying about pretty much everything related to Corona from the start, but these numbers seem way too high to me.
