I sometimes say I hate myself, but really I just hate my body
I love the rest of myself

@Galena i love her because i understand that we will have things we don't share opinions on that we can deal with

haha imagine your waifu peeing on you but like just as a prank lol

Thinking of buying a pinephone, are there any major issues I should be aware of?

what if... hear me out... both china AND america bad
fucked up that some people don't use adblock

I've been sending out messages the past few days trying to let anyone that I knew or was pretty sure they were. If anyone gets one of these and you weren't following, I'm sorry. I'm missing around another 30 peeps from both my following and followers lists and I'm trying to remember everyone and get things back to the way they were.

How can you say you love someone if you won't even let them enact their snuff fantasy on you

When you think about it "I just want to grill" isn't centrism, it's actually individualist anarchism. Stirner would be proud.

@thor to be clear - I DID NOT say there's no general culture, I asked what is it, as in, what do you think your opinion is.

There's little generalization on pleroma instances since it's very popular among people who self-host since it's much easier to set up compared to MASS-to-don. It's also popular with people escaping GNU/Social's or Mastodon's nonsense. Some people do have values and are idealistic, some don't, some just shitpost and mess around, some are script kiddies and only want hurt because they liked torturing bugs in childhood.

With mastodon it's as you said - left-leaning tendencies. And given that mastodon's very real stereotype of blocking instances "just cuz" i would say its culture is disrupting the network and trying to create a "safe space" within the network.

Go on twitter. Say something that doesn't correlate with Twitter's policy. Get banned.

Go on mastodon. Say something that doesn't correlate with your instance policy. Get banned. Your friend on other instance said something that doesn't correlate with your admin's opinions? Well you can't talk to your friend anymore, enjoy your broken decentralized network.

Mastodoes what Twitter does.

I mean i don't have to search far and wide - mstdn social blocks several sites and one of them has reason "We don't want nazis".

It should be a network for everyone, but to laymen it looks like twitter is for centrist-lefties, gab is for righties, mastodon is for ultra-lefties and also confusing. That's what it looks like. Nobody even know about "fediverse" and mastodon isn't really talking about many implementations because it's bad UX, I mean come on, you can't even use more than 500 symbols to reply to me. How can possibly I?
Everything Alex Jones has ever said, but unironically. :alexjonessmile3:
