was a fun time but it's too bad for the body and the brain in the long run

@mario damn, sucks..

it def can produce too much energy at times, and the side effects of insomnia are pretty awful.

i take R-ALA to combat the oxidation that causes brain fog, and a sleep aid for the insomnia. works pretty well once i fine tuned everything.

when i was underage i used to take amphetamin daily over the course of months
it helped me get to a reasonable weight but it also permanently killed any feel of hunger

that anti-hunger effect eventually did go away for me but it took months and months.

until then i just kinda had to.. force myself to eat when i knew i needed to. 😓 i can see how that wouldnt work for a lot of people tho

@erin it stuck with me to this date!! the only way my body tells me now I need food is when it starts getting super weak

at least with me, i would start to feel sleepy or bitchy when i was hungry, even if my stomach didnt tell me it needed or wanted food…

@erin I still have tons of awesome memories of being at the local skate park with friends all night snorting lines on a wooden table listening to Rammstein
These memories have to be like almost a decade old by now~

@mario @erin The hunger thing happens with pot too, only hungry when stoned after a lot of habitual use

I used to say that pot is like the neutral element of addition bc you can add it to anything and won't add any extra baggage to the trip

these days, with no tolerance, cannabis is extremely powerful for me. its like fucking LSD with how much it changes my perception. i cant do it anymore unless im reserving 4 hours to be out of commission 😖 and even then its usually just a bad time of paranoia and racing heartbeat.

@erin @mario Pot is very strong, it seems like to have fun on pot you have to have a high tolerance, then it's just relaxing and stimulating, even the memory problems go away after constant use
