I've seen a scary amount of anarchists who legit just believe that rape doesn't exist
@Sp well, what the term "rape" refers to exists. but separating consensual sex and unconsensual sex as two fundamental categories is a construct of bourgeois society.
@unspeakabledesire Plato talked about it in his later works, the name escapes me atm

@Sp @unspeakabledesire What's the difference between barter and capitalism? Isn't capitalism just bartering with tokens?

@Jazzy_Butts @unspeakabledesire No

Capitalism is the accumulation of the means of production as private property while not working, and buying your time to work and removing yourself from the product/service you created

Using cars as example

The workers make the cars. The owner doesn't take part in the production nor organization most often and yet makes most of the money

And those who make the cars?
Make barely enough to live, even if they created the whole value of the thing

That is capitalism

Socialism, on the other hand:

When a car factory opens, they are cooperatives, and the first cars were made by the workers and owned by them. After making the first batch, the workers enter the new cars they just made and drive home

This is socialism. You own the value of your labour

Now, barter is just trade, it has nothing to do with capitalism nor socialism, nor feudalism nor any other system, because barter, trade itself, can happen for a multitude of reason
We can exchange things that are useless to us both. This is not capitalism, as no coercion happened and no forced consent took place

I can make something and sell to you for a service, and that's not capitalism because no one's work was expropriated for profit

and so on

@Sp @unspeakabledesire So capitalism is just slavery, see this is what I thought as a kid even but they said I was literally insane and forced me to take drugs that fucked my brain up hardcore

@Jazzy_Butts @unspeakabledesire It is, and there's an interesting analogy i like for this

If you have someone work for you 24/7 for free, it's slavery

If you have someone work for you 23/7 for $1/month, it's slavery

Paying a wage and letting you work less time doesn't mean it's not slavery, because the logic of both is the same

And that is

The worker doesn't get the value of their work, and the boss/master does
Follow

@Sp @unspeakabledesire That explains why they A Clockwork Oranged me, they knew exactly what they were doing, they knew it, and I knew that, but I couldn't figure out what system they were from, for a while I thought they were satanists, but they were capitalists, marchers, slaves and slaves who control slaves beneath them, it's like a pyramid scheme of slavery where there's one guy on top of everyone elses backs and they all justify it to themselves because there's they think they're special for not having it as bad as someone lower status, but really, unless you're on top you're getting shit on, just like in gangs too.

@Sp @unspeakabledesire I wish all communists were as nice as you. I thought communism was bad because all I knew was that bad people did things under its flag, but really, it's the system I agree with most, it's logical, capitalism is evil, it's like tricking a baby, it's tricking dumb people, and then it's even worse because they started "handling" strikers, imagine if a parent when confronted by their child over abuse, kills and burys the child, that's what capitalism has done to many of its children.

@Jazzy_Butts @unspeakabledesire It is and I believe most communists nowadays are completely detached from the working beings
It became an intellectual circlejerk

But it is a sound ideology and I can't help but to believe in it, seeing past and present experiences
