Why cannot computers just be normal? I am trying to light a fucking lightbulb.

@LukeAlmighty Computers should really tell us WHY they fail. Hardware or software problem? etc.

@Jazzy_Butts
Yeah....
My problem is, that programmers live in layers upon layers of pre-made software with rules, that noone bothers to explain.

If I want to start, I shouldn't have to learn what package manager the OS uses, what the fuck is PIP, spent hours setting up python etc.

I remember, when I was at UNI. And I promise, I am not lying. Every single teacher wanted us to use a different developer environment, so by the end, I had about 5 different programs just to write code.... -_-

More tutorials should seriously focus on the meta stuff. Because as it is now, I copy lesson 1 code, and then spend 5h debugging first fucking lesson.

All I wanted was to switch a fucking pin from 0 to 1. A single pin.... :angry_pepe:

@LukeAlmighty I get frustrated the same way about that, I myself want to learn so much, but to learn to do a simple thing, like pick an apple, it's not like in the real world where someone can just show me what a ladder is and how to use it and I can get the apple...but instead I would have to learn all about the history of ladders, the language of ladders, the terminology that ladder builders use, in order to simply use the ladder, because I can't just use the ladder I have to speak to it, and if I don't speak it's language it will ignore me and won't work. It's fucked.
