@halcyonwinter I think people understand by now that sites are largely not responsible for what their users upload (removing it in a timely manner is a different issue), and so I believe anyone aiming to dissolve a site over illegal images is only pretending to be an idiot. They know it has nothing to do with the site, and that it is not the sites job to police what is uploaded, but rather, only to remove illegal uploads in a timely manner when they become aware of them. What these people are asking for is allegory to holding a shopping mall responsible for crimes conducted by patrons acting without managements knowledge. Their time is up, and their tricks are running out I think. I think the future of art is a bright one, despite the dark cloud that occasionally tries to rain on everyone's parade.
