Publicly humiliating kids is widely accepted
Telling kids that their fundamental rights are "privileges" is a widespread phenomenon
Silencing kids when they try to speak up is commonplace
Society demonizes MAPs as the source of all abuse because they don't want to admit their role in building a world that is fundamentally abusive towards kids.

@linen Ok I looked it up, I have stuff like that from trauma, so I don't go out much because I'm scared of stuff, and I don't do a lot of things I want because I'm scared of failure, I didn't used to be so scared but here I am
@linen I've never heard of executive dysfunction but it sounds like it makes it so you can't make decisions and/or take actions really good?
@linen I'm not sure if that's the original series or TNG (the next generation), both were great, tng is much more polished but the original is still worth a watch, just for scenes like this

@linen I built a few jitterbugs for practice then took something apart for parts, but then I learned it just needs a new fuse so I want to put it back together now for practice. Eventually I want to fix an old phone who's battery and charge port have gone to shit.
