Yooo you ALL have to watch Freaks right now it's on Netflix it's about a young girl who is hiding with her father, they both have subtle and mysterious super powers the limits and nature of which is not known (I'm only half way through so idk how it ends). It's like a shoestring budget but it's still great, gives a very real vibe even though it's a silly superhero movie. Scenes with the girls powers are very dreamlike, you can tell they're saving money by having only one or two locations, but having other people enter the space as if it were their own was a great way to illustrate the girls reality warping powers. Watch the damn movie! I'm so lonely watching movies these days because there's no one to talk about them with since I don't have irl friends anymore T-T
