It's not like I think liberals are the worst ideology out there, but it's important to remember that "liberalism" is a "right-wing" ("conservative") ideology, therefore it has inherent flaws.
Liberalism is about comfort, at the end of the day.
Liberals cannot be "radicals" for that reason, as being radical necessitates both risk and living in discomfort.
Liberals only move towards social change (the change supported by radicals that they dislike) when change becomes irreversible, inevitable. At that point, they act like they always supported the change in question, even though 9/10 times they initially sided with conservative elements because they wanted to retain their comfortable lives. This has been the case with slavery, African American rights, women's rights, gay rights, healthcare etc... almost every major social issue.
However, even the "change" the liberals bring about is many times not enough, and rather in of itself a compromise between themselves and other conservatives that doesn't involve any input from the radicals that birthed the desires for said social change in the first place. Liberals are not willing to tell hardline conservatives to kick rocks, and they are also not willing to let radicals have a seat at the table.
This is why when slavery ended, discrimination didn't end. Indeed, in both the British Empire and the United States, slave owners were compensated for their slaves being freed, whereas slaves received no compensation. The effects of this (among other compromise policies that were made) are still seen today.
This is why when women achieved the right to vote, many restrictions against them were still kept in place thereby negating their achievement for decades, even generations.
This is why gays were only given rights by the liberal establishment if they severed all connections to the other sexual minorities, if they continued to repress elements of their own sexuality, and if actively campaigned against other minority groups using the same moralist argumentation that was used against them. This same thing is being done with regards to the trans movement.
This is why "healthcare reform" didn't really lead to anything substantial. Sure, "Obamacare" happened, but "Obamacare" is only a half-measure, a compromise that doesn't resolve the core issues relating to healthcare access.
For all their good aspects (at least they can see the way the wind is blowing, normally right at the end of the gust), liberals are still largely traditionalist elitists focused on maintaining the power that they have accrued through legitimate and illegitimate means over the centuries. They want to "conserve" the system which they run and which benefits them above all others.
Always be aware of the true nature of liberals.
She tells me it was my fault I got abused by her as a child, or that it was someone elses fault for telling her to do the wrong thing. When she doesn't take responsibility it breaks another piece of me inside. All the good in the world doesn't make up for the bad, the only thing that can make up for the bad is admission, the opposite of denial.

My mom is being mean to me you guys. She'll buy me food and help me with medication pickups but when it comes to emotional safety she's not it. She's literally stopped paying attention to me trauma dumping or info dumping mid sentence, break eye contact, no expression on her face, walk away, into another room, and vaguely say "I'm doing Y" and then shut the door. And my autistic ass doesn't understand what's going on so I try to keep talking to her and it hurts my voice to yell through a door and she's not even listening and I never realize until after and it hurts so much and I think about kms sometimes.
@DeemlyArt Hottie reminds me of like a mix between power girl and that rocket rider babe from batman. Love it. Also seeing a little sue storm in the outfit!
