can you guys give me code words or catch phrases that aren't sus, that I can say around new frens to learn if they're "part of the club", I'm thinking I shouldn't say things like "hey, are you a part of the club?" and should say better things but I don't know what to say, maybe some things like:

In US there’s nothing wrong in forcing a 10-year-old to give birth after a rape despite the risk of death herself. Neither a problem with 12-year-olds working eight-hour days. Or allowing children under the age of 10 to carry a gun. Or with a judge allowing grown men to marry a 14 year old.
But they are eager to ban drag queens & books about African-American civil rights activists. They are concerned with "protecting our children".
How could a society develop into this!

On the subject of #abusive #therapists...
I want everyone to consider the process of getting a #therapist like the process of dating:
During your intake, they're getting to know you. Get to know them too. Ask them about their philosophies and strategies vis-à-vis #therapy. Ask them how they feel about people with your kinds of issues and how they'd treat those.
And the moment you see a reg flag, say thank you, and find an exit. You don't owe anyone, least of all a therapist you've hired to help you heal, the "full hour." Nor do you owe them "a chance." Your only responsibility is to be kind to yourself.
Move onto the next therapist. Also as with dating, there's hundreds of us. We're replaceable as far as you're concerned. You are not. 💙
