I'm watching I Am Not Your Negro on hbo to learn about other perspectives and claims, and it's just starting but I like that they call the killing of MLK and X "murders" and not "assassinations". I hate the term assassination, it softens the blow of what is a very personal and detestable crime by giving it a sterile veneer of politicing.

I've been playing xcom again and I'm liking it more, it's the kind of game where there's so much nuance and you get punished so hard for rushing, but you have to rush sometimes if you want to get enough materials.

As a form of legal, majority approved execution for rapists and murderers (self defense isn't murder so I'm only talking about the dirtbags who took someone out for the hell of it).
