I may not have time to post as much, I have a lot to do and it's very distracting, so distracting it's hard to remember to fedipost.

Hey guys I'm restarting my map fitness fedi club, but this time I want it to be a "Para Fitness Club" I don't want to focus so much on maps alone. Let's support one another! We can get/stay fit and become stronger as a community while we do it. EVEN DISABLED BODIES can join in and participate in physical wellness. This is not a competition, but a celebration of effort in the face of adversity. Even if you are a paraplegic, I want you to do eyelid exercises! Even if you are in a coma, and in that coma you are too depressed in your dream life to exercise, I want you do do just one, ONE, squat every dream day. No matter what, no matter how fat you are, or how bad your joints are, there is a level of fitness you can achieve. If all you can do is 5 reps before you sprain something, than do 5 reps and no more. You are good enough, those 5 reps were good enough, you are not superman, you are a human being not a fictional character, I want you to do your one squat with me bro, here on the fediverse, even if you hate me, by not doing the squat the only person you're hurting is yourself. Alright bros up with me now, just one squat, and say, while we squat, "I am worth it". Ready bros, this is your new life. One.
