Oh well I'm glad you asked, I've stopped feeling upset about disappointments or betrayals, they don't matter, being upset about them is useless and pitiable, people do shitty things sometimes, no use in being upset about it. If anything it's a challenge or quirk of life, and how other people treat you does not reflect on your worth as a person.
