Criminals are not the ones who set precedents and make decisions for us, we do not make our decisions based on criminals, but on logic. If a criminal weaponized water, we would not be able to ban water, people would riot, people aren't rioting because the need of guns is too abstract a concept for most people, who are as retarded children that must be cared for.
