@crunklord420 who cares if I host it
@crunklord420 That’s the beauty of decentralization. You can just move. And this could be implemented by any idiotic matrix instance already.

I do not think people do realize just what does it mean... It is concept so evil, that there is almost no real life equivalent. ![]()
@Type_Other @LukeAlmighty @crunklord420 @deadheat All Twitter users deserve their destiny.

THIS:
Last time I was on twitter, I managed to keep it for about 2 months- In that time, I got responded by my favorite youtuber several times. And although these things might ound silly, the ego-boost is real and adictive.
@LukeAlmighty @lewdthewides @deadheat @crunklord420 @Type_Other Somehow I retrained my brain to not get a good feeling from meaningless actions.

You don't get shunned by everyone, based on decision of 3rd party without your friends even knowing they are shunning you...
That is the part I am talking about.
@LukeAlmighty @deprecated @deadheat @crunklord420 It’s more like getting drugged and dragged into a basement.
Twitter's too smart for binary shadowbans. It's harder to notice when your message is still visible, just to something like 10% of its usual audience. "Well I'm still getting a few likes, so I guess I'm not shadowbanned" people figure. There is concrete evidence this is happening, as I've compared screenshots with others (i.e. a tweet is visible to me, but invisible to them).
They've also been engaging in a kind of reverse shadowbanning as well, to prevent discussion. Many started noticing around October last year.
Your message still gets out to some people, and they can even reply to it, but large swaths of those responses (sometimes 100% of them) are invisible to you and each other.
Idk if there's a term for it because it's not like one person getting muzzled, but groups of users collectively getting deafened.
