Hi autistic army
Do you have any idea what this thing is? This "effect" is throughout every frame and the entire screen. It makes things painful to watch, since no matter what I am looking at, there is this "dots pattern" that makes everything looking noisy. and my eyes feel like they cannot focus correctly.
Any idea what is it called and how to get rid of it?

@LukeAlmighty isn't that just dithering stuff?
@LukeAlmighty @Ted @dielan I was looking at it wrong. It does look more like dithering because it's evenly applied
