AI is even better then most normies can immagine. The problem is, that people are so used at being human, that they conpare it's ability to do anything to how a human would do it. So unless AI can talk about Marvel movies, it's considered a dumb machine.

BTW, I still hate the fact, that there are actually living people out there who believe that a chatbot is a non-insulting alternative for customer support.

Like, I don't care how new your customer support intern is, When I have a simple question, I can either ask an intern, wait 5 min for him to look at instruction and get the anwser,
OR... I can talk to a robot that keeps trying to upsell me shit for 20 minutes, until I quit still not knowing the anwser.

And to be honest, I would rather be upselled by an intern, since noone ever bother to record the explanation of what I am being upselled on.
