AI is even better then most normies can immagine. The problem is, that people are so used at being human, that they conpare it's ability to do anything to how a human would do it. So unless AI can talk about Marvel movies, it's considered a dumb machine.

BTW, I still hate the fact, that there are actually living people out there who believe that a chatbot is a non-insulting alternative for customer support.

Literaly the single worst taks to ask a robot to do btw.

To some extent I don't see the difference between a customer support bot and a script-following drone.
