Yeah, psychiatrists have some of the worst stories out there :omegalul:

Well, I have talked about my insomnia test a few times already, but in short, I no longer trust doctors to be better at diagnosing my issues then 1st page of Google search anyway.

@LukeAlmighty @beardalaxy try lionsmane mushroom. I got it because it's a nootropic supplement but I noticed it helps with my insomnia when I remember to take it.

It's perfectly safe and non psychedelic. I take it with acetyl l carnitine, but take them in the morning or you'll have too much energy.

Thanks, but I have it under control already. It was a seriously bad combination of ADHD and stress. Who wold have thought, that a kid, who was bullied for 15 years would have problems with relaxing at night :blobcatdunno:

Either way, I still do use this test, whenever I meet a new doctor, they notice I am not well rested. When they ask, I tell them, I had insomnia since childhood.

EVERY SINGLE TIME, FIRST THING THEY ASK!!!
Did you try to drink less caffee?
Any grandma on train knows, coffe is bad for sleep. I do not need a doctor to tell me a meme.

And that's it. If they will just fire off diagnosis like that without asking for more info, I KNOW that they do not care enough about the pacient to think for more then 2s before they fire a diagnosis.
