It appears someone from our current government might have forged our president's signature 
Head of the house visits him at the hospital and yet nobody knows he was there

if I read it in between lines, there is a fight between two groups who want to have (or keep) the power.. of course,for the audience it has to look realistic..

No, not really. I don't think that he visited him though, because at least from my experience, ICUs are behind closed doors and you have to buzz in and say why you are there.
