I've been starting to thing about the whole external GPU thing. Maybe instead of a fad for laptops, maybe more work should be done on the interface and make it a legitimate standard. I think we've reached the point where it would save us space for desktops.

You mean 2 desktops. one for CPU, disks etc and 2nd one for GPU and 2nd power source.

Basically. But each PSU would be smaller, cause you won't need 1000w for CPU and mainboard.
