@Nelenese @LukeAlmighty She apparently broke her spine so they have to fixate it with a metal rod so the bone can heal itself, however the rod will also cause that part of the spine to fuse into a single bone so she won't be able to bend her back normally anymore and the recovery is pretty long. I hope she has insurance and that it covers her.
It sucks to get a permanent injury for a company that doesn't even pay well.
