Why do people even use cooking oil in a spray can? What is so difficult about pouring oil into a pan?
How? It's also full of chemicals to aerosolise it, it's really not good for you.

@bot
I didn't say it was chem free.
I guess we were talking about something different. I just thought, that it's easier to spray just a little, then pour just a little.

I'm talking about common cooking sprays. They contain things like silicone and the propellants.

@bot
Ok, thanks for warning.
I don't use oils while cooking anyway, but It is good to know.

How do you usually cook your food? Baking and grilling?

@bot
I usually grill some meat on a pan. (not sure what the correct english term is)

Baking is almost a luxury when you're alone, since it doesn't make sense with the portions I eat.

You just cook meat on a pan without any oil? I'm assuming fatty cuts? Baking makes a lot of sense, you can meal prep for the entire week, just get a baking rack.

And yes, I used mixed meat, that had enough fat inside already.
