Yes, I did.
And it's one of the worst possibilities. Although, it's 100 percent unsusteinable, since once the IQ drops, the support system cannot be sustained, and high IQ becomes an advantage again.

Also, I still believe, that this is caused by stupidity of "we!ve got to support the weak and stupid" philosophy.
