This is exactly the "privacy dilema" I am always talking about.
This AI stole exactly 0 faces. None. Not even one.
Because everyone dumb enough to put their face into a chinese AI has already a Facebook, Twitter and Instagram account full of hundreds of selfies.
And Chinese "hackers" don't even need a scrapper to get it. They are all on sale already.

If you want to talk about private data, you have to understand, a status of "compromised" and "uncompromised" is not limited to a single service, but to the entire internet at once. Your face leaks once, it is compromised. Your password leaks, it and every peace of data connected to it is compromised.
These faces were compromised a decade ago. One more leak means nothing.
