I don't care, I don't go to any.
But the phrase "you should go to a therapy" should not exist outside of real trauma. And I hear it as a reaction to absolutely anything.
I even heard women say, that they don't take guys who aren't in therapy seriously.

An experienced "expert" said, that I will be happy if I manage to finish the school for "special kids".
If my parents took his advice just a bit more seriously, my life could have been completelly fucked.

nobody ive known has told me that therapist's have helped them whatsoever
knew someone that attempted suicide BECAUSE of their therapist
therapists are are not people and I do not like them
hearing it from people just seems like "come back once someone has gaslit you out of your own beliefs" rather than having a discussion like adults

Don't worry, they didn't help me either :D (and one almost ruined my life)
people make the mistake of thinking authorities or professionals are some kind of glowing-brain superior people or something, and that you can blindly follow them because 'they know best' of course
