This is as wrong as it can be. While it is "creative", it seriously doesn't care about correctness of any fact it writes. An "expert opinion" is the last thing you should ask it to provide FFS!!!
Well, but that also comes from a guy, who trusts the government, so no big surprise there.
@LukeAlmighty Everyone seems to forget that it is a chatbot. It is very impressive, and it could be a useful tool in limited situations. But it is a chat bot. It will never practice medicine, practice law, or write code. Maybe some people will use it for rough drafts, but you will still need an actual writer to go over it and revise it so it actually makes sense.

It is so much more then a chatbot.
The technology of neural network is the essence of scientific method written in a mathematic form. When it comes to things like guessing the best action to acomplish a numerical task, it is unbeatable.
The problem with textGPT is, that is is guessing, what text will look the most natural. That's it.
@LukeAlmighty Neural Networks generally, yes, very exciting. But ChatGPT is a neural network trained to be a language model. It is a chatbot and will never be anything but a chatbot.
There will be strong domain specific neural networks. But they all have the same weakness. If you can't explain why they are doing what they are doing, what good are they? How can you make any important decision and have the explanation be "because the neural network said so?"
