@LukeAlmighty Motivates me to work out more tbh, don't want to end up like that. Boogie was helpless, his arms were so weak, if he had even the mildest strength training regimen he would have at least been able to offer some kind of defense.

Nah, I don't think it was strength. I think it was his instincts were in fact fully overwriting his will.
