1) You cannot enforce anything men really don't want to do. Patriarchies can force women on the other hand.
2) Men are by default more cooperate when they have a common goal. Women tend to be much more backstabbing.

4) Once you stop worshiping strength, even if your society is stable, it will be conquered

I could go deeper in on some instincts, but I think, that these should suffice for now.
