I tried looking it up, and the most common anwser is..... bleak.
"she didn't want to be rude"
So, she tries to fuck up someone's mind instead? Instead of not being rude?
I hope the reason is different, because it's hard to believe women could be such a psychopaths.

There were also 2 more suggested options though.
1) She just found a new shiny object, and forgot immediately about all others.
2) She was just living in a moment in a way I cannot comprehend.
