Card counting is a myth spread by casinos in order to make you believe, that you can out-brain the odds. You can't.

That's just following basic strategy, which only controls what gameplay choices you make, not the bet.

When you card count, you adjust your *bet* based on the deck state, never your gameplay strategy.

My point is only, that you cannot get over 1 ROI no matter, how good your strategy is.

But many people do believe, that if they count just right....

Again, the RTP being 99.5% assumes an unchanging bet

That's why some places will respond to counting by forcing you to flat bet

I think you missed my point.
Yes, it is a valid "risk lowering" strategy.

My point was just about the legends around it.
