Wrong.
To say, that a government for africa would work here is based on the same stupid assumption as globalists believe. That being, that people are the same.
Czech people value honesty and freedoms much more then Americans do, and the cultures are so incompatible, that managers are actually seriously struggling to write any speech that would not insult one of the two groups.

In The Prince, this topic did take a huge section of the book, since it was important to separate the requirements to managing a nation with strong self identity, that is used to self governance from one, that is used to be seen as a vassal state. The consequences of getting this wrong are always tragic.
