@LukeAlmighty idk i'd be fine with hearing that. i think being a husband/father is infinitely more valuable than being a fuck buddy. might not have the looks of some extreme chad dude that a chick would only want to be with for one night but if she's been with me for 2.5 years and is saying she wants to marry me that's pretty good.
guy probably just doesn't like that she talked about hooking up. seems immature to me. only reason i'd think it wasn't is if he was like, heavily suspecting her to be cheating on him or something and this was the final nail in the coffin for him to distance himself.

@LukeAlmighty if your girl was telling other guys that she'd date them if she was single, or shit like that, i think that's when things get a little sus. but the two of you drinking at home and she tries to pay you a compliment that's a little retarded? nahhh, you gotta' tease her a little for that shit then give her a hug. girl's just saying she wants to marry you because even though you're not a golden god with a twelve inch schlong you've got literally everything else.
i'd probably be like "awww damn, that's what i get for being 5'10"!" and shit like that, just lay on the sarcasm. give some tickles, idk cute shit like that. if the dude has enough built up angst that he thinks not being physically attractive enough to be desirable for a fuck buddy is enough to warrant an entire relationship falling apart he's probably not ready for one.

Well, it's obvious, that the line itself would not be enough of a red flag, if it was comming from a completely stable girl.
On the other hand, I seriously doubt a completely stable girl would feel the need to compare me to her hookups. So, as the gentlemen say, let's agree to disagree.

@LukeAlmighty idk i think that's reading too far into it. if the story happened isolated and she's actually giving an accurate retelling of it i don't think it's that bad and he's overreacting.
