People still fall for the retarded "it was all shot in one take" line
@beardalaxy
Sure, but it's a gimmic that adds atmosphere only in some insanely particular circumstances.
Hardcore Henry was a non-stop action made in 1st person. You needed there to be no cuts, since you don't have cuts in 1st person.
But people are saying "no cuts" about Adolescence. A series that is in 3rd person anyway, so it's there only for the movie critics to coom over.
@Witch_Hunter_Siegfried @beardalaxy
I don't think I explained.
Many people reviewing the movie say "it was all in one take, so if anyone messed up, they would have to start all over again".
That is retarded. They are literally so stupid, that they didn't realize, that something like a hidden cut exists.
@Witch_Hunter_Siegfried @beardalaxy
Although, that is the exact level of intelligence, that the propaganda series is targeting, so I see it works :D
@Witch_Hunter_Siegfried @beardalaxy
I am watching the Adolescence now, and so far, the only thing it adds is the feeling of tiresome
and dehumanising process.
While I do guess it was kinda their intent, it definitelly isn't making it better in any way for me.
But, in case of the Hanry, yeah... There it wioked wonders to make you feel the intensity, because you felt the 0 rest time between action scenes.
@beardalaxy
Years of our hard work ruined by a single TV series.
"Oh, you said that she was flat" (heavily implying, that a man cannot be honestly attracted to a flat girl)
Yes, this is the stage we are at now. Literally back to bodyshaming from the establishment -_- And they say, that it's the online incel men who keep on flatposting here daily men who hate women.
@LukeAlmighty they will literally always find some reason to make themselves a victim. Always.
@LukeAlmighty i know hardcore henry wasn't shot in one take but it is downright impressive how seamless it ends up being
