What is the most tired cliche line you can think of?

I hate this line not only because it's obviously going to be broken, otherwise it would derail the entire show, but also because of just how retarded it is. A test is a filter. A filter that lets nothing through is the worst filter in existence, and will always get replaced after 1-2 iterations.
