Am I the only one, who is absolutely sick of all the baterly usable but also instanely over-animated websites that are used by cultural institutions and restaurants?
I mean, you had to outright pay for your user to suffer from that lagfest. Wouldn't it be easier to just post 6 photos of menu and your address?
And it would be better user experience too.

But the website doesn't even load through my adblocks half of the time anymore.
@LukeAlmighty they do that shit for video games too and it is annoying as fuck. Those websites are always a pain to navigate.

Yeah, I thought Ananta website was the slowest one of them all, and no... it is controled by scrolling for some reason.
@LukeAlmighty I looked at the tab size for one of those sites the other day. Over 50mb for a site. That's just a stupid amount of data to be slinging about. It's also fun to see the size and load time difference with and without ad block and ghosty. I don't think I'd have the patience for how slow the un-ad-ed web is these days.
