I’m looking for examples of policies that companies can implement that actually benefit people in the LGBTQIA+ community. Next week I’m having a brainstorm with colleagues about this.

Our company already raises the progress pride flag in June so that is a good start, but I’m looking for something more substantial. An example we already thought of is parental leave when adopting a child.

I’m looking for ideas of policies, whether they have been implemented or not. It can be based on your own experience or a story you heard about or read on a website. I’m also interested in policies that sounded interesting and have been tried but didn’t really work out.

Boosts are welcome.

@LukeAlmighty @LukeAlmighty You aren’t supposed to load more than one cartridge in a magnum like that and shoot if you aren’t familiar with it.

And just before you block me, THINK!!!
I am not trolling. Trannies are not safe as long as MAGAs remember that trannies exist. Every moment you remind them of the existence of child molesting menace is a moment they think about what should they do.

Make people forget about this sub-group. Make them wanish. Non-existent... And they will be safe.

Honest anwser?
The best support you can offer to the LGBT is to shut the fuck up.

I go to my job to work. To earn money and to feed my family. But every time, I see that flag, or mention of groomers, I remember every vile act people like you are responsible for.

And I have time to think about what monsters like you think of me. And what is an appropriate reaction.

A couple of hours ago someone I've known for many years sent me an email asking me to identify the original "The Twilight Zone" episode that included a particular plot element (I've been considered to be something of an expert on the original series from back when I held "Twilight Zone Film Festivals" at UCLA during early ARPANET/Internet days).

I immediately told him that the plot point he mentioned was *not* in any episode of that series.

He then asked ChatGPT the same question, and was thrilled when it immediately identified an episode and provided a synopsis. He then went and watching the episode. That plot point was not present. ChatGPT had simply invented it. Made it up. Lied.

What do you think about this little change?

@ChrisFerrell
Well, if you believe that the CO2 problem is an industrial scale, then obviously an industrial solution is needed.
