Well, that is because in the kids shows, tye characters "act like adults", and actually care about the problem at hand.

Meanwhile, in adult show, all characters care about "me me me, fuck fuck fuck, now now now". And that is literally the opposite of an adult world view.

Also, the section about prevention and coping with burnout literally started 5 min from the end of the presentation.

Seriously, I am at a presentation about burnout, and when someone mentioned 24/7 bad news coverage, and she claimed, that non stop bad news have nothing to do with burnout, since it's only related to work.
