What is that form?

Her elbow turned 90 degrees up, meaning, that all of the power in her punch would be generated in shoulder.
If she met a resistance, I would like to see the ammount of broken bones (since the hit would be perpendicular to the weak point) and tore muscules (Since she's using an elbow to generate force.)
