Is American military gear complicated? YES
Is it failure prone? YES
Is it impossible as fuck to make your own repair parts? YES

It's practically DRM

@cjd
It would make sense, if it had some information value, but old Russian equipment has to be documented down to the last bolt by now.

> Give away your Russian weapons, we'll give you US made weapons so you can (only) get spare parts from us.

Never hurts to ask 🤷‍♂️

@ThrowbackPerson
Well, no.
There is an event. A news guy informs about the event from HIS perspective, but only after enough comments are written the real story can be extracted back into existence.

The year: 1981
The place: A courtroom
The act: Based Justice

The Details:
Klaus Grabowski molested and murdered a 7 year old girl. He confessed to the crime after his fiancé reported him to police. Marianne Bachmeier, the girls mother, smuggled a handgun into the courtroom and shot Grabowski 5 times. She served 3 years.

Oh god...
I am becoming more misogynistic.
I had unironically said today: "I'll have to talk about this with a man" when talking to a woman who was unable to plan properly.

Fuck... So many news websites are terrified of having a comment section.

Why would I even read their shit, if I cannot read responses to the article first?

@furgar
But let's be honest. Some boomer will read this, and write the salary in the "up to" style anyway. They are just garbage humans who don't understand the concept of a proper communication.
