I am not an expert, but it did seem like an accidental kill while doing an intentional attack on another player.
Either way, It's hard to tell. But I used to have a huge fobia of these blade shoes for a long time. Now, I know it wasn't irrational.
1) It is an isssue, that was seen in his data to miltiply 10X in the last 10 years.
