The perception of how someone views AI seems to be dependent on their idea if they're inherently spiritual or non-spiritual.
And when I mean this I don't mean religious I mean how they view the world humans seem to view the world either through a spiritual lens or a material/mechanical lens.
There's effectively no way to reconcile these two opposing viewpoints meaning people will effectively fight against each other for eternity.
@beardalaxy you view it how I view it mostly.
Where AI is a tool, that someone can use to sculpt something.
But people who don't see that through the spiritual lens. will see AI as the complete product to completely replace a human in every single aspect and fine-tuning of the AI with human input is a negative.
They're the people who print out pictures of anime girls where their body are disfigured or Christmas decorations generated that are completely fucked up but they still print them out and sell them because they have no regard as long as it's close enough.
They have no regard for quality sanctity or abstract value as long as ai is able to produce what they want generally when they want as quickly as they can. Basically AI slop.
