TIME TO CELEBRATE A MILESTONE!

I'm now 210 pounds!

I went from 234 lb to 210 lb in around 2 ish weeks!!!!!

And I only felt like I was going to pass out or die 8 times-ish :blobparty: My goal is still 140 to 150 ish because I was told that's the average size for a man.

@Mr_NutterButter nice job man! make sure you look at what the average healthy weight for your height is, not just your gender. also remember that if you're doing any strength exercises you're going to be gaining muscle and since it is more dense than fat, you are going to struggle to hit 150 probably. see if you can check your body fat percentage somewhere instead, that'll give you a much more accurate reading on how much you're losing.
