So far one of my characters got abducted by what looks like Mist goblins who then ate them alive while doing a chanting ritual In a dark cave.
My arm got cut off in a fight because I refused to go to a prayer session from the religious faction.
I had to travel through one of the most dangerous areas in the game to go buy a robotic arm which now allows me to instantly KO almost anyone I come across and I funded most of this through a drug empire that I smuggled in to that religious town.
Next on my list is to gather enough force to build a base and then to challenge the cannibal King and claim his throne.
I found this really cool game on steam named [ Kenshi ] the game was on sale so I decided to buy it just to try it out because it's a free-roaming squad based RPG. Focusing on open-ended sandbox gameplay features rather than a linear story.
That really intrigued to me because my one gripe with RPGs is that I never really want to complete the story because I spent all this effort building up either a base or leveling up a bunch of people that it just feels like waste not prolong it as long as possible.
And I legitimately got so sucked into Kenshi that I played it for 8 hours straight! Without even realizing it.
The game settings is Post-post apocalyptic in China. The game is extremely brutal and gives no tutorial other than a pop-up box explaining what something is if you hit help. And even though it's completely aimless and extremely brutal I was sucked into it it feels like a classic game.
Which I guess it's technically is because it started development in 2013 but didn't release until 2018!
And the people behind the game highlight mods weekly in the community while they're hard at work on the sequel to this day.
@Nudhul @ElDeadKennedy @mushroom_soup europeans need to shit on the us to feel good, while the avg american probably spends a lot of time not even remembering europe is a thing
Okay if you guys had to put together the most iconic video game weapons into an arsenal for a final fight what weapons would absolutely make the roster.
For me it definitely has to be Mario's mushrooms and doom guys super shotgun probably some of the most iconic video game imagery to this day. I would also say the Minecraft pickaxe that also is fairly strong.
