This can hold true for adults, that are able to understand you're trying to manipulate them, and will/can rebel. A child in development will more likely just be brainwashed, and it's hard to say if they can be recovered.

First: kids need calm environment. Pushing on them this text will only ruin that.
But second: they are talking about rights. Now that is tragic... Why? Because the only way to build a rights-driven society is to have a system that keeps enforcing rules, we call rights, and even slight gap in enforcement can ruin the illusion of human rights existing as a real factor in your life.
In other words: RIGHTS CANNOT EXIST WITHOUT COPS ARRESTING METH HEADS LOOTING YOUR CITY, OR PAYING WITH COUNTERFEIT CASH
