Shouldn't this be considered a form of sexual assault, or maybe even rape?
It's one thing when a person offers sex in exchange for money or other products/services, but it's another when the person giving you products/services, essential for your survival, asks you for sex. You're basically in a situation where you are constrained into accepting, and that's basically the definition of consent no longer being valid.
