Um. This reminds me of the alleged jewish custom where they fuck with a sheet between them, with a hole in the sheet.

I find it hard to believe that even super religious people do that, or that people in a government not North Korea level of authoritarian would even THINK of ACTUALLY MENTIONING something like that.
